    • Support messages you send through our contact form or by email.
    • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address (truncated for analytics).
    • Marketing preferences and consent records, if you opt in.

    Order and invoice data: 7 years (tax law). Account data: until you ask us to delete it. Support messages: 2 years. Marketing consent: until withdrawn. Anonymized analytics: 14 months.
