Returns & Right of Withdrawal

    WOOF+ products are consumable goods. This page explains how returns work under EU consumer law.

    Your statutory right of withdrawal

    EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, without giving a reason. This right applies to unopened products in their original sealed packaging (see exclusions below).

    How to return

    1. Email support@woofplus.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
    2. Return the unopened products to the address we provide, in their original sealed packaging.
    3. We inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt.
    4. For valid withdrawals, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, as required by law.

    Condition of returns

    • Unopened products in original sealed packaging: covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.
    • Opened products: excluded from the right of withdrawal (see exclusions below) and cannot be returned.
    • Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us, we cover return shipping and will replace the product or, where required by law, refund it.

    Exclusions

    Under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed. Opened WOOF+ products are therefore excluded from withdrawal and return.

    Refunds

    Refunds are issued only where required by law: valid 14-day withdrawals of unopened products, and defective goods. We do not offer goodwill refunds or satisfaction guarantees beyond your statutory rights.

    No subscription lock-in

    Subscriptions have no minimum term and no cancellation fees. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
