    We ship from our warehouse in the EU to all EU member states. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

    Where we ship

    We currently ship to all 27 EU member states. UK and EFTA destinations are coming soon.

    Estimated delivery times

    • Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
    • Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
    • Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, 2-4 business days
    • Rest of EU: 3-7 business days

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free.

    Order processing

    We dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

    Tracking

    You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

    Problems with your delivery

    If your order is delayed, damaged or hasn't arrived, email support@woofplus.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 business hours.
