These Terms & Conditions govern your purchases from WOOF+ B.V.. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Contract formation

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until that point we may decline an order for any reason (e.g. out-of-stock, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions).

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (or the currency of your selected store) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed by our payment provider at the moment you place your order. We accept the methods shown at checkout. We never store your full card number.

Delivery

We dispatch orders within 2 business days. Estimated transit times by zone are shown on our Shipping page. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Goods must be returned in their original condition. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email support@woofplus.com before the 14-day deadline expires.

Legal warranty

Our products carry the legal warranty of conformity. If a product is defective on delivery, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on the chosen cadence until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal.

Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the order value, except where law mandates a higher minimum. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Health disclaimer

WOOF+ is a complementary feed for dogs. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat or cure disease. If your dog has a medical condition, consult your veterinarian before introducing any supplement.

Use of the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse it by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation. All content on the website: including the WOOF+ name and logo, text, product descriptions, scientific content, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission, except as needed to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country of our registered seat. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place that order.
